Ysgol Tryfan is determined to build a close and constructive partnership with the parents of the pupils entrusted to us. In fact from the moment the child begins his education with us – in reality before then - our goal is to ensure that parents feel part of the family here at Ysgol Tryfan.

Our goal is always to involve parents in school life. We provide regular and comprehensive progress reports to parents, and parents' evenings are held for all pupils as part of the school calendar (see the Calendar on the website). Parents are also invited to all school events such as the awards evening, concerts, shows, careers evenings and so on.

At Ysgol Tryfan we also pride ourselves on the strength of our Governing Body - and of course there is strong parental voice within this Body - thus giving parents a strong voice in the administration and management of the school.

But despite all these formal opportunities, it should be stressed that the school door is always open to parents who have concerns or questions to be raised about their children's education and development.

We trust that Ysgol Tryfan set solid foundations for your child's life - both academic and extracurricular. We also hope that the relationship we have with you as parents is always constructive and positive - and we look forward in the future to develop this relationship further.
