A Word of Welcome

Ysgol Tryfan is a 11-18 year old secondary school in the city of Bangor, which teaches the vast majority of subjects through the medium of Welsh. We take pride in developing the children and young adults of Bangor and the surrounding area to be fully bilingual citizens.

Our goal as a school is to ensure that all the pupils and students who come to us fulfill their potential and leave us as ethical, informed and respectful citizens with the skills to contribute fully to the twenty-first century society.
